TAX INFORMATION
WARRANTY
Every Samurai Cutter is backed by a 24-month warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use. In the case that a warranty claim is submitted, we will either repair, replace or provide replacement parts for your Samurai at zero cost.
Canadian Agri Technologies Inc. may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for products found to be defective or damaged during shipping.
Not Covered:
- Normal wear items (including sickle sections and wear components)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or exceeding stated hydraulic specifications
- Alteration, neglect, or accidental damage
Warranty Claims
To obtain warranty claim
- Contact us with a photo of your product and as much information as possible.
- We will either repair, replace or provide parts for your Samurai at zero cost.
Returns / Refund
Unused Returns
If your Samurai Cutter and mounting bracket unit is unused and in original condition, you may return it for a 100% refund of the product price, provided:
- The unit is returned within 30 days of delivery
- Customer responsible for cost of return – Canadian Agri Technologies can provide return labels, at discounted costs.
Used Returns
If the unit has been used or damaged, we still accept returns within the first 30 days, but the following conditions apply:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Customer responsible for cost of return – Canadian Agri Tech can provide return labels, at discounted costs.
To Initiate a Return
Please email sales@cutthat.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Confirmation of whether the unit has been used
- Photos of the unit (if applicable)
